At Hampton Waste Management, we care about the responsible and environmentally friendly disposal of all types of waste, from domestic to commercial.

We often see the evidence of fly-tippers littering our area, creating a hazardous and unsightly environment. We believe that the local community (residents and commercial business owners alike) deserves an enjoyable, clean and safe environment. Hampton Waste Management collect all kinds of waste, from small unwanted furniture items to large kitchen appliances like washing machines and fridges. Whether you are refitting a shop, restaurant or need the waste materials from a building site clearing, our waste management professionals can assist you.

We understand that a full-sized skip isn’t always the best option. Not only do skips occupy a lot of space on your driveway or outside the front of your house, but you also may not necessarily have enough waste to justify the rental.

Hampton Waste Management specialises in domestic rubbish collection, commercial waste removal, rubbish clearance and skip hire. Our highest priority is to dispose of your waste in the most environmentally friendly way possible. For this reason, all waste collected by us is transferred and processed only at authorised waste & recycling centres in and around London. General Booking Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Hampton Waste Management, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by our Terms of Service. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Hampton Waste Management.

1.

Payments

Online bookings must be paid in full.
Bookings made over the phone for fixed-price items must be paid in full.
Where an estimate is provided for larger jobs, the final price will be provided before the work starts. Our operative will take a debit or credit card payment when the work is completed.
Invoices must be paid in full on receipt.

2.

Cancellations & Amendments

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your collection time you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your collection time you will receive a refund minus the callout charge
If you cancel on the same day as your collection or if we are unable to complete the collection due to an access problem, you will not be refunded.
You can amend your booking free of charge if you contact us more than 24 hours before your collection time.
Booking amendments made on the same day as your collection will incur an additional callout charge

3.

Safety & Access

Good and clear access to the rubbish must be provided due so that our operatives may carry out the clearance within the allocated time frame.
Clear access is imperative in order for our operatives to be able to carry put the clearance safely. A risk assessment may be carried out on arrival by one of the operatives prior to work commencing.
If clear access is not provided but it is safe for the clearance to go ahead there may be additional time and labour charges applied.
Additional labour and time are charged at £10 per 10 minutes.
